Lighter manufacture This system was designed to automatically dispense epoxy, apply it to a cigarette light and test the lighter. The system eliminated all the soldering to the internal sub-assembly. By developing a unique positive displacement system along with a special two part epoxy, this system reduced labor by 95%, increased productivity by 40% and eliminated all environmental impacts. This system produces 75 parts per minute.
